We only collect personally identifiable information when you provide it to us in connection (i)with a request for more detailed information about WEST USA REALTY; (ii) a request for information about WEST USA REALTY’ services; (iii) with a request for more information about a third party (“Third Party Provider”) that provides other goods or services highlighted on the Site (“Third Party Goods/Services”); (iii) with a referral or reference to a Third Party Provider or Third Party Goods/Services; or (iv) if you provide personally identifiable information in order to use any other functions, features or services provided on or through our Site. For example, if you would like us to send you more information about Third Party Goods/Services, about a Third Party Provider or about any of WEST USA REALTY’ goods or services, we may ask that you provide us with your name, your e-mail address, contact information such as address and phone numbers, company name and contact information so that we may deliver the information to you.

2. USE OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION; OPTING OUT

We use the personally identifiable information that you provide over the Site to send you the information you requested, which if requested, to contact a Third Party Provider (and then suggesting that the Third Party Provider contact you with regard to any Third Party Goods/Services), to send you notices or other information about WEST USA REALTY, Third Party Providers or Third Party Goods/Services, or for any other lawful purpose. 
Even after you have requested information from us and have provided us with personally identifiable information such as that discussed in Section 1 above, you may later choose not to continue to receive such information from us by sending an email message to propertyinfo@westusa.com and requesting that either your information be updated with new information, or to opt out of any future notifications either by email, mail or phone.. Once we have received your request to update or remove your personally identifiable information, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete your personally identifiable information from our database (“Opting Out”). To ensure you are flagged for opting out, provide a written request to WEST USA REALTY and forward this to West USA Realty, EBusiness Department - Opt Out 11022 N. 28th Drive, Suite 100, Phoenix, Az 85029. Once WEST USA REALTY receives this notice, your contact information will be flagged for removal or will be removed at the end of the following month. If you Opt Out, you will no longer receive information from us. This Privacy Statement does not, however, apply to other Internet websites that are not under our control (“Third-Party Websites”), or to other third parties. You should contact such entities directly regarding their use of your information. If you have purchased or sold real estate through West USA Realty, your contact information is referenced through a different department and per regulations of the Arizona Department of Real Estate, we cannot delete or remove your information from our database for records and tracking purposes. You can request to opt out of any notifications from West USA Realty after your sale or purchase by a separate written request sent in writing to West USA Realty Corporate Attn: Consumer Handling – Opt Out 11022 N. 28th Drive, Suite 100, Phoenix, AZ 85029.
